Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell outdoor dining zones — dining sets from a two-seater bistro to four- and six-seaters and a complete dining zone under a pergola, with parasols, weatherproof seat cushions and the protector pads, foot caps and tablecloth clips to go with them. The number of seats, the build and the shade are stated on each listing for domestic outdoor use.

Stability & outdoor care

Outdoor dining furniture is for domestic outdoor use. Assemble to the instructions on a firm, level base and keep the set stable — a table or chairs can tip on soft or sloping ground. It is weatherproof, but shelter and cover it to lengthen its life and bring cushions in over winter. Close and secure a parasol in wind and never leave it open unattended. CE marked where applicable.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
